(JMIR, 2023) found that patients using digital tools had a better understanding of clinical trial information compared to those relying on traditional paper-based methods. Building on these insights, the Castor team has been investigating how early engagement with trial participants through an AI-enabled chatbot, Castor Companion, can further enhance both comprehension and satisfaction.
